Gina Moran, CPA and Paul Osborn, CPA, CVA were recently elected to the board of directors of the Arkansas Society of CPAs (ARCPA). Moran will serve as vice chair; Osborn takes on the role of treasurer.

Moran has been a member of the Hudson, Cisne & Co., LLP team since 1999. In her capacity as a firm partner, she offers a wide variety of services, working with financial institutions, credit unions, manufacturing, construction, transportation, agriculture, not-for-profit, and mergers and acquisitions. Osborn joined Hudson, Cisne & Co., LLP in 2015. He currently serves as a principal, offering tax and valuation services, mergers and acquisitions advisory, and exit planning. He works with medical practices, manufacturers, real estate companies, and professional services firms.

The Arkansas Society of CPAs is made up of CPAs throughout the state who have joined together to improve the profession and serve the public interest. A 1995 graduate of the University of Central Arkansas, Moran holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. She is very active in the professional community. Her memberships include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the ARCPA, Make a Wish Mid-South Regional Board, Gaines House, the Arkansas Bankers Bank, and the North Little Rock Chamber of Commerce. Raised in Star City, Arkansas, Moran currently lives in Little Rock with her husband, Heath, and their teenage daughter, Taylor.

Osborn graduated from Thomas More College in 2006, earning a bachelor’s degree in accounting. In addition to his membership with ARCPA, he is affiliated with the AICPA and the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA). Osborn lives in his hometown, Little Rock, with his wife, Alicia, and their five children.
