The local accounting firm of Hudson, Cisne & Co., LLP is pleased to announce the promotions of Jobeth Billingsley, Victoria Seamans, and Jessica Smith, CPA. All three professionals joined the firm in 2017 as staff accountants. Each now takes on the new responsibilities of senior accountant.

A 2013 graduate of the University of Arkansas at Monticello, Billingsley earned a Bachelor degree in Accounting. She holds membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Arkansas Society of CPAs (ASCPA), BDO Alliance USA, the White Hall Chamber of Commerce, and Watson Chapel Baptist Church. She lives in White Hall with her husband, Jeffrey.

Seamans graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Accounting from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. She went on to earn a Master in Accountancy from the University of Central Arkansas. While in school she joined Phi Mu and served as treasurer. She also volunteered as the Vice President of Development for the Young Professionals Make-A-Wish Foundation. Currently, Seamans is a member of both the Phi Mu and the University of Arkansas alumni associations. Raised in Lake Village, she now lives in Little Rock.

An alumnus of the University of Central Arkansas, Smith earned a Bachelor degree in Finance and Accounting in 2017. She graduated summa cum laude, was a member of Beta Alpha Psi, and was voted the Accounting Student of the Year. Smith currently resides in North Little Rock.
