Hudson, Cisne & Co., LLP is pleased to announce that Brent Sharpmack, CPA has accepted a spot in the 2019-2020 Class of Leadership Arkansas.

A member of the HCJ CPAs & Advisors team since 2003, Brent currently serves as a partner. He specializes in serving clients in the construction industry.

“It’s an honor to be chosen to participate in the Leadership Arkansas program,” said Sharpmack. “I look forward to engaging with my peers and learning more about harnessing the potential of the Arkansas region.”

Leadership Arkansas is an annual program made up of local professionals who are leaders within their professional and local communities. This year’s class—the program’s fourteenth—is comprised of 64 members. Participants spend nine months working together to learn about the Arkansas region—both the issues it faces and the opportunities it presents—and hone their leadership skills. Sharpmack is a graduate of Henderson State University. He is currently affiliated with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Arkansas society of CPAs (ASCPA), the BDO Alliance USA Financial Institutions Group, and the Cabot Rotary Club. Additionally, he sits on the business advisory councils of Henderson State University and Arkansas Tech University and serves the Arkansas General Contractors Future Leaders Division. Sharpmack lives in Cabot with his wife and five children.
