Nikki is originally from Anaheim, California, and her family lived near Disneyland. She could watch the Disneyland fireworks every night from her bedroom window.

Even before becoming a mom, Nikki found Jackie to be a source of inspiration. This quote especially speaks to her because no matter what she does at work or anywhere else, doing right by her kids is what really counts.
Favorite Book: Gone with the Wind by Margaret Mitchell. This is also Nikki’s favorite movie.
Nikki is a friendly and positive professional who is passionate about learning. She started her career in computer support and then worked in public service for 12 years before deciding to go back to college in her mid-30s to study accounting. She loves being an accountant because it allows her to do several things she enjoys—solve problems, learn new things, and help people. She attributes her career success to the guidance and support of her friend and former boss, Donna Jackson, and being able to work with and learn from her colleagues at HCJ.
Nikki grew up in Point Cedar, Arkansas, and now lives in Bono with her husband Justin, their sons Connor and Ethan, and their three dogs Sophia, Willow, and Skye. She first moved to Northeast Arkansas for college and never left; she loves the area and the people who live there. Outside of the office, Nikki enjoys reading and anything to do with true crime. She’s also a football fan and will watch any team as long as it’s football! When she has a chance to travel, her favorite place to visit is Nashville, Tennessee.
